Kris Morin is an eager energetic professional that will work hard for you while keeping your best interests in mind. Her negotiation skills are very impressive. She is very quick to call you and update you on the status of the home and the sellers intentions. She will be honest with you when it comes to the potential a home may or may not have. Even if you may like a particular home she is very good at letting you know what is wrong with the home and will promptly show you a better option. My wife and I have just purchased our first home with Kris' help and it has been a very pleasant experience I would recommend Kris to anyone.

Kris has been fabulous throughout the entire buying experience. Having her knowledge and expertise working for me during the process has been extremely reassuring. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and where I wanted to be- she even walked door to door handing out flyers to homeowners in the area noting that she had an interested buyer if they knew of anyone looking to sell. Talk about going the extra mile... literally.
